What Will My Home Cost?

That Depends.. This is the single toughest question to answer, because it really depends on you.. Do you want a basement? What about your selections? (Floor Coverings, Cabinets, Counter Tops, Lighting & Plumbing Fixtures). In addition to your finishes, other things that will affect your costs include the jurisdiction you are building in, need for well & septic vs. municipal utilities, what type of heating & cooling you want and any neighborhood covenant issues. To provide a "ball park" figure, today's quality custom homes average from $90 to $105 per finished square foot, and includes the cost of foundation and garage.

How Long Will It Take To Build Our Home?

Our contract specifies a construction period of 180 days from receipt of building permits from the local authority. In practice, the time it takes to insure the quality that we take so much pride in will depend on weather, suppliers, subcontractors, and you! We allow the homeowners to make changes to the design or specific amenities along the way. You are also responsible for making selections at specific points in time. (Brick, Shingles, Cabinets, Countertops, Appliances, Lighting, etc.) Your timely attention to those requests also contribute to an on schedule completion!
