Every set of plans we build from is created on our state-of-the-art computer-aided design (CAD) system. That's why whether you are making changes to a stock plan, existing design, or starting from scratch, plan creation and modification is part of our services.

We will direct you to fully stocked showrooms for you to browse through, get ideas for and make your selections for your dream home. Have an idea for your bathroom? Visit our plumber's showroom to pick out your tubs, showers, sinks, and fixtures... right down to the handles and knobs.

Want something special for that entry hall or dining room light? Visit our lighting showroom, and choose among literally hundreds of options.

Floor Covering options are plentiful as well. We utilize three different sources to provide the ultimate selection while keeping your prices low; choose from ceramic, hardwood, carpet, and vinyl.

Kitchens are tough... it may be difficult to visualize what yours will look like. By using a state-of-the-art computer system, you will be provided with a list of all components AND a 3-dimensional rendering of your new kitchen.

But remember: this is your dream home, not ours. If you are happy with the selections you find in our models, then you can select everything in one visit. But if you don't see your selection among our samples then just provide us an address of a house that has brick, roof, gutters, windows, paint color, etc. that you do like. Our suppliers will do the research and provide the materials so you get the house that YOU want.
