Unlike many developers and large builders who delegate much of the responsibility to project managers and subcontractors, Steve is personally involved with every project, working with customers on design details, option selections, and keeping them informed.

Steve Moore started in the construction field in 1972, working as a framing carpenter. His family had been involved in real estate rentals for many years. Starting out doing decks and remodeling, Steve has been building new custom homes since 1999. He holds a BS in Business from The Ohio State University, and also holds an Indiana Real Estate sales license.
